Seems like if the count of web is null you don't want to be looping through webs.
lwebecker2, I get this traversing part somewhere and just adapted it for my needs. Actually, I either noticed this strange part, but decided that probably it was added to not to show false "Permissions issue" if a user has access, but there is no webs, so I decided not to remove it just in case, because it worked well for me and I was not sure whether this part correct ot not. I am trying to move files into the new SharePoint online from the old Interchange. I realize that this is being posted in the category in OneDrive, but I couldn't find the community for SharePoint.
I can get the files transferred over easily, but can't seem to find which column I need to make so that I can preserve the original created date that I can see in my old program. I have created a new column and labeled it Original Created, but the original created date is not coming over with the file as I would have hoped.
